Do I need to pay to start using WayToDo?
No. Our Free tier lets you create up to 10 tasks per month with basic AI assistance. Upgrade to Pro or Elite anytime for unlimited features.
Is WayToDo available on all platforms?
WayToDo is currently available on Android, iOS and Web versions are coming soon. Sign up for early access notifications.

Features & Functionality
How does the AI assistant work?
When you create a task, an AI chat is automatically created within that task. The LLM you’ve selected analyzes your task and provides suggestions, research, recommendations, and assistance—all contextual to your specific goal.
Can I choose which AI model to use?
Yes. In settings, choose your preferred LLM: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or others we support. You can switch anytime.
What can the AI actually do for me?
Your AI assistant can:
• Suggest approaches and solutions
• Research information and compile findings
• Plan steps and timelines
• Provide expert recommendations
• Make purchases online using your crypto wallet (Pro+)
• Collaborate with teams in shared TaskSpaces
What are TaskSpaces?
TaskSpaces are shared collaborative environments where multiple people work together on a task. Everyone—including the AI—can contribute ideas, research, suggestions, and make joint decisions in real-time.
Can I use WayToDo for team projects?
Absolutely. Create a TaskSpace, invite teammates, and collaborate with AI assistance. Perfect for product launches, event planning, client projects, and team initiatives.
What is geofencing/location-based reminders?
Attach a location to any task. When you arrive near that location, WayToDo sends you a reminder. Perfect for errands, meetings, and on-site tasks.
Crypto Wallet & Payments
Do I need crypto to use WayToDo?
No. Free and Pro tiers work without any crypto involvement. However, the Pro+ crypto wallet integration unlocks the X402 payment feature (making purchases via crypto).
How does the crypto wallet work?
The wallet stores Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, and WTD tokens on the BASE chain. You can:
• Pay your WayToDo subscription directly from wallet balance
• Fund your wallet via bank transfer or crypto exchange
• Use wallet balance to purchase items online via your AI assistant
Can the AI actually make purchases for me?
Yes. This is powered by X402 protocol integration. When you approve, your AI can purchase items from any online store that accepts credit cards (groceries, flights, software, etc.)—paid seamlessly from your crypto wallet.
Is the X402 integration safe?
Yes. X402 protocol uses secure, encrypted connections. You must explicitly approve each purchase before it’s executed. You maintain full control.
What is the WTD token?
WTD is WayToDo’s native token. Holders benefit from subscription discounts, governance participation, and exclusive features. More details coming soon.
Can I withdraw or transfer funds from my WayToDo wallet?
Yes. You can withdraw to any external wallet or exchange on the BASE chain. Full details in our Help Center.

Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. Pro and Elite subscribers can pay their monthly subscription directly from their WayToDo crypto wallet balance on the BASE chain.
Is there an Enterprise plan?
Yes. For custom integrations, white-label options, advanced security, and SLA guarantees, contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription anytime with no penalties. Your data remains accessible.

Is my data safe?

Do you sell my data?

How is my crypto wallet secured?
Your wallet uses bank-grade encryption, multi-signature protocols, and industry-standard security. You control your private keys.
Is WayToDo compliant with data regulations?

Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export all your tasks, TaskSpace conversations, and wallet transaction history anytime.

Which AI models does WayToDo support?

You choose which LLM powers your tasks.
Do I need separate subscriptions to OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.?
It depends on the model. Some require their own subscription. WayToDo guides you through setup if needed. Some models may be available through WayToDo’s bundled pricing—check settings.
Can I switch between different LLMs?
Yes. Change your default LLM anytime in settings. Individual tasks can also use different LLMs.
What happens if an LLM I use becomes unavailable?
We’ll notify you in advance and help migrate to an alternative LLM with minimal disruption.
Collaboration & TaskSpaces
How do I invite someone to a TaskSpace?
Open the TaskSpace, tap Share, and send the invite link or search for their email/username. They’ll receive an invitation to join.
Can I remove someone from a TaskSpace?
Yes. As the TaskSpace creator, you can manage members and remove anyone anytime.
What if someone leaves the TaskSpace?
They lose access but the task history and conversation remain intact for other members.
Can the AI see conversations in private TaskSpaces?
Yes. The AI participates in TaskSpace conversations to help with research, suggestions, and decision-making—just like with individual tasks.
Troubleshooting
The app won't connect to my LLM. What do I do?
Check your internet connection and verify your LLM API keys are correct (in settings). Contact support if the issue persists.
My AI suggestion seems incorrect or unhelpful.
Provide feedback in the task chat or contact support. AI improves with feedback, and we use it to refine suggestions.
I'm having issues with the crypto wallet.
Check that you have sufficient balance for transactions. Verify you’re on the BASE chain. Contact our support team for help.
